On this page you will find a introduction to who I am and you can read my curriculum vitae (CV) if you are curious about my work experience and education.
I am a dedicated team player, who values collaboration highly, both within teams and with customers and other stakeholders. For nearly two decades I have been working with software development, starting out as a software developer, but found that my true interest is within the agile methodologies.
Combining my deep understanding of agile methodologies and software development enables me to help teams reach new levels of performance. Though I am driven by a deep desire to continuously improve, I also understand and respect the need to deliver. Finding the right balance is key for a team to perform at its best.
My current focus is the Scrum and Kanban framework, but I also have experience working with other agile frameworks, e.g., LESS and Lean. I have often found combining these frameworks beneficial.
I possess a unique capability to bridge IT and the business by being able to explain technical issues in a language that the business understands, or by understanding business requirements and converting them to the correct technical solutions. This enables me to support the product owner and the team to deliver products that the customers love.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU). The GDPR states that any entity which collects or processes the personal data of residents of the EU must comply with the regulations set forth by the GDPR.

Informatikassistent (IA) is a 2-year education which was established in 1991 in collaboration with the Board of Education. The training was set up on the basis that several employers felt that there was a lack of some computer people who could act as interpreters between highly trained computer people and ordinary users who did not know about computers.
